STEP 1: Reservation

The first step to buying a condo in Tower 2 is to reserve your desired unit. To reserve your desired unit, read the “Reservation Letter” below, if you agree to the terms and conditions of the Reservation Letter proceed by reviewing steps 2-6 and fill out the Reservation Form at the BOTTOM of this page.

STEP 2: Pre-Construction Meeting

After all units are RESERVED, Waterside will be contacting each Reservation Holder to schedule a PRE-CONSTRUCTION meeting. At the meeting, Waterside will present/explain the following:

  • Standard Finishes
  • Upgrade Options
  • Final Room Dimensions
  • Final Unit Specs
  • Final Contract

At the conclusion of the PRE-CONSTRUCTION meeting, Waterside will present and explain the Final Contract and will inform each Reservation Holder how long he/she has to make a decision.

STEP 3: Contract

 

After all the facts have been presented and all your questions have been answered, Waterside will be contacting you to sign the Final Contract and collect 20% non-refundable deposit.

STEP 4: Design Meeting

As soon as there is a binding contract on your new unit, you will contact the Design Studio and request a meeting time. At the design meeting, you will select all standard and upgrade features you desire.

STEP 5: Construction

Following a detailed construction timeline, this is where Tower 2 comes to life.

STEP 6: Walk-Thru & Move-in

Once Tower 2 is 100% complete, Waterside will contact you to schedule a Final Walk-Thru, at which point you will list any and all “eye sores”/issues that need to be addressed. As soon as all issues are remedied, you will be given the keys to your new condo
